Strong Fin Welding
High-frequency welding achieves a metallurgical bond between the steel strip and the base tube, maintaining a stable structure under high-temperature thermal cycling, preventing fin detachment and loosening.

Manufacturing Process
High-Frequency Resistance Welding Fins
High-frequency current is used to instantly heat the contact surface to melting point, and then pressure is applied to weld the fin steel strip to the base tube, forming a metallurgical weld.
Automatic Spiral Forming and Uniform Winding
Mechanical equipment continuously winds the steel strip at set intervals, ensuring consistent fin height and pitch.
Fixed-Length Cutting and Dimensional Calibration
An automatic fixed-length system cuts the finished product, ensuring consistent length and number of fins for each tube.
Surface Treatment
Corrosion-resistant or high-temperature-resistant surface treatments can be applied according to application requirements.
Packaging and Transportation
Export standard wooden crates or steel frames are used, reinforced with straps for securing the fins. Each layer of the tube is protected with insulating pads to prevent compression deformation. Supports sea, land, and air transport; container loading and securing solutions are available to ensure the fin structure remains intact and undamaged during long-distance transport.
