Introduction
Welded Longitudinal Finned Tubes are high-efficiency heat exchange tubes composed of carbon steel/stainless steel main tubes and longitudinally welded fins, and are widely used in boilers, chemical plants, and waste heat recovery systems.
Products Advantages
High heat exchange efficiency: Longitudinal fins increase the heat transfer area by 2.5–4 times, and continuous welding reduces thermal resistance, achieving faster and more stable heat transfer.
Strong high-temperature resistance: Utilizing high-temperature resistant materials such as A179, A106, and 304/316, it can operate continuously in environments of 450–800°C.
Robust structure that won't detach: High-frequency welding/argon arc welding achieves full fin welding, resulting in continuous, uniform welds and high tensile strength.
Manufacturing Process
Finals are securely welded to the mother tube using high-frequency welding/argon arc welding, ensuring tight contact and a high-strength connection.
Production Flow
Mother Tube Preparation: Cutting, straightening, degreasing → Improves welding quality
Fin Forming: Uniform cutting → Ensures consistent dimensions
Automatic Welding: Continuous welding → Stable structure, lower thermal resistance
Straightening and Stress Treatment → Prevents deformation, improves durability
Inspection of Each Fin → Ensures batch consistency
Packaging and Transportation
Packaging Method: Apply anti-rust oil + wrap with thin film + securely bundled in a steel frame/wooden pallet to prevent fin deformation and impact.
Transportation Method: Supports sea freight, land freight, and reinforced container transportation.
