Introduction

L-finned tubes are high-efficiency heat exchange tubes made by mechanically winding and pressing aluminum strips into an L-shaped structure. They are commonly used in boilers, economizers, air preheaters, and other applications requiring enhanced heat transfer.

Products Advantages

High heat transfer efficiency
The L-shaped fins fit tightly against the tube wall, improving the thermal contact rate between the fins and the base tube.

Corrosion resistant
Aluminum fins can form a stable and dense oxide film on the surface, providing excellent resistance to moisture corrosion.

Prevents fin detachment
The L-shaped mechanical locking structure firmly fixes the fins to the tube body, preventing loosening during thermal cycling.

Manufacturing Process

Mechanical Winding of Aluminum Strip
We use high-speed winding equipment to continuously wind aluminum strip onto the surface of the steel pipe, forming a complete L-shaped structure.

L-Shaped Locking Structure Pressing
Simultaneous compression during winding ensures the L-shaped edges are firmly locked to the base pipe.

Fixed-Length Cutting + Fin Spacing Calibration
Automatic cutting and a spacing control system maintain consistent fin spacing.

Corrosion Protection Treatment
Oxidation, coating, or spraying treatments can be applied to the base pipe or fins as needed.

Packaging and Transportation

We use impact-resistant wooden crates or steel frames for packaging, with protective padding on the finned sections to prevent deformation during transport. We support sea, land, and air freight. All packaging meets export standards, and we provide container reinforcement solutions to reduce transportation risks.
