Introduction
Integral Low Finned Tube is a low-finned heat transfer tube that is integrally rolled and is suitable for heat exchange equipment such as air coolers, condensers, and evaporators.
Products Advantages
Improved Heat Exchange Efficiency: Due to the use of a one-piece rolled metal fin structure, there is no contact thermal resistance between the fins and the tube body, ensuring a continuous heat conduction path.
High Fin Strength: The fins and base tube are integrally formed, with no welds or bonding points, eliminating the thermal fatigue and corrosion peeling problems associated with conventional welded fins.
Corrosion Resistance: The all-metal, one-piece finned process maintains the original corrosion resistance grade of the base material (e.g., SS304/316L).
Manufacturing Process
Integral Roll Forming: Utilizing a cold, integral roll forming process, the fins are continuously formed and integrated with the tube body, ensuring high strength and stable thermal conductivity.
Streamlined Production: Process: Feeding → Straightening → Multi-pass Roll Forming → Online Inspection → Finishing. Fin height tolerance can be controlled within ±0.05mm, improving heat transfer consistency.
Full Inspection and Testing: A laser measurement system is used to control fin dimensions and perform flaring, flattening, and hardness tests.
Packaging and Transportation
The packaging uses moisture-proof film, end caps, and reinforced wooden crates/steel frames to prevent rib deformation or moisture damage during transportation. We support FOB/CIF/DDP delivery methods via sea, land, and air freight.
